In this project, my in-house team and I had to redesign a visual identity for the Yandex Food sub-brand — a service for ordering food, contactless payment and tips in restaurants — Check Yandex Eats. Given the visual identity of the parent brand, it was necessary to create a fresh and memorable identity that reflects the reliability, professionalism and ease of use of the service.
The redesign is aimed at improving the interface and functionality of the tipping service, creating a convenient tool for honest encouragement of service workers and increasing a brand loyality. The new design simplifies communications, the process of transferring rewards, increases the transparency of transactions and improves interaction between users and service providers. The service becomes intuitive, aesthetic and accessible to all categories of users, helping to develop positive gratitude practices and maintain a decent level of motivation for professionals.
